Scholarships from the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) have helped thousands of students across the country achieve their educational goals by easing the financial burden of college. These scholarships not only open doors to higher education but also inspire students to explore careers in aviation—a field where representation and opportunity are crucial. Every day, the work we do at NBCFAE is vital in breaking down barriers and creating pathways for the next generation of diverse talent in aviation. By investing in students and giving them access to education and mentorship, we are helping shape a more inclusive and innovative future for the entire industry.
We regret to announce that, due to unforeseen circumstances and shifting organizational priorities, the NBCFAE will not be hosting a scholarship event for 2025. This was a difficult decision, as we deeply value the importance of supporting and celebrating the educational achievements of our future leaders. While this pause is temporary, it allows us to reassess and strengthen our commitment to providing meaningful and sustainable opportunities in the years ahead.
